These links will take you
to sites with low carb recipes posted. On most of the sites, you
can copy the recipe text and then paste it into a document on your
computer, so that you can save the recipes. Some sites may allow
you to register as a member and keep recipes in a "box" on their site.
Other sites have low carb recipes in special formats, for users of
recipe management software.
Keep in mind that many of
the sites listed in Diet Plans,
Other Information, and
Forums have recipes as well.

- The bulk of the recipes on this site
were provided by Atkins Nutritionals, and sponsored by
eDiets. The collection is organized
alphabetically, beginning with Beef and ending with
Vegetarian. The Quick Picks link takes you to the
top 10 recipes, recipe of the day, and a listing of the
recipes from A to Z.

3 fat chicks lowcarb cookbook
- This easy to read site states that
the recipe collection is still growing. Each
recipe there now contains full nutrition data, including
Weight Watcher point information. There is a spotlight
on the 10 most recent recipes, and the recipe collection
is highlighted in the right panel, where it is divided
into meal categories (breakfast, side dishes, etc).

Low Carb Transformation recipes
- This collection is recipes submitted
by members of the very active forum
Low Carb Transformation. The posts are organized by
meal category, but also include special sections for
Dairy Free recipes (for Paleo, Neanderthin, and KISS low
carbers), as well as other specialized sections
(vegetarian, canning and freezing, etc).

LowCarbohydrateCooking-Recipes
- This site contains many recipes, well
organized into meal categories (main dishes, salads,
etc.). You can also order the entire collection on
CD-ROM.

- This Australian site has it's recipe
links, organized into volumes, and then into main
ingredient type (beef, dessert, etc) on the left hand
side). As you drill down through the choices, you
eventually get to recipes selections, many of which have
been exported from Mastercook, and thus are in standard
measurement units, and come with nutritional
information.

- The dozens of recipes on this site
are arranged alphabetically, so it is a bit more
difficult to find a recipe for exactly what you want.

- This site has 6 recipes for low
carbers, as it is just a section of their larger
"regular" recipes, and some of these may not be as low
carb as is needed for a given plan.

- This site locates the recipe links at
the bottom of the page, after you have scrolled through
various ads and other low carb information. The
recipes are organized by main ingredient (meat, poultry,
seafood, other), and each recipe has a link at the
bottom to other low carb recipes, mostly Atkins
specific.

Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
- This site is very well organized, and
has sections for tips, articles, and a low carb shopping
list. The recipes are divided into categories by meal
category (appetizer, dessert, etc). Recipes
suitable for the "induction" phase of Atkins are noted
with an asterisk * .

1,000 Low Carb Diet Recipes
- A few sample recipes, but the goal of
this site is to sell their cookbook.

Balderon's Low Carb Recipes
- Several hundred recipes gathered from
many different sources.

Cafe Creosote
- A small collection of low carb
recipes, as part of a larger recipe site, with available
photos (in slideshow).

Great Low Carb recipes
- a large collection of recipes on the
Great Low Carb site, organized by main ingredient or
type of recipe (ex: beef, cake, chicken). Each
recipe states servings and number of "net grams" of
carbohydrate per serving.

organized by meal category.

- Recipes mainly culled from the Atkins

annotations for those suitable for "Induction" (which is
